Amazing room in the Fizzy building in London, Essex for sale
I am currently living in this amazing room in the Fizzy building, in the best part of Canning Town, a short walk to the station. The room that will be available from Monday the 13th May is the ensuite I am currently occupying. It is massive and has a huge shower room! The room is so spacious I have a big double bed, wardrobe, and I managed to setup there a small home office consisting of a massive desk and a big Ikea storage cabinet. There are plenty of living space. An enormous living room and a balcony which is perfect to chill in the summer. The views to Canary Wharf are mesmerising! The flat has an advanced ventilation system, a sophisticated automatic and programmable heating system, lots of storage space in the kitchen and storage cupboard where we find a top of the line washer/dryer. This building is awesome! The building manager is super friendly and helpful. We have 2 supermarkets and lots of restaurants right next to the building, including McDonalds and a KFC. Post Office and an ATM is also within a 2 minutes walk. There is a secure underground private car parking but there is an additional cost if you need parking space. I am moving to another flat in this building because my new girlfriend wants a place only for us, but the flat is big enough for 2 couples. You will pay 923£ per month and that includes electricity, heating and internet. Water, Council tax and TV license are paid separately. If you are a couple, it is very affordable. If you are a single professional who appreciates quality of living space, you will find it a great value. The other room is rented by a lovely young couple. A british young guy and a lovely australian girl, they are both 25 but very mature, professional and respectful. You will just love to get to know them better and be fascinated by their laid back nature deep insights on life, arts, science and philosophical principles. I would miss them immensely, but gladly I'm moving practically next door so it will be easy to keep in touch. Give us a call and come meet us!
