Studio space to share in the v22 building Bermondsy in London, Essex for sale

I'm looking for somebody to share my studio space in the v22 building in bermondsy. The rent is £160 a month and a months rent as a deposit. 2 months notice required if you wish to leave. The space is 3.444x7.300 and 3.600 in hight. It's 24hr access and you can make as much noise as required at any time. It's secure with locked gates and number code entry in to the building. Free 24hr parking o n site. There is a green room with free WiFi a canteen, pool table and sofas,table and chairs. There are two roof terraces a small one on the studios floor and a huge one (bigger than a football pitch) with the best skyline view of London I have ever come across. So if you want a view of London as you work you can take it up on to the terrace. I'm a carpenter so most work I'm doing will be creating dust, I hook my tools up to a Hoover so it never becomes foggy but It's still dusty at times. I have set up work benches but am open to re organising the layout. Eventually I would like to build a free standing mezzanine as the hight is wasted space. And could be used for material storage.
