This elegant overstrung/underdamped Maxwell upright piano has been restored to a high standard, springs and tapes renewed throughout, the hammer refaced, dampers recovered, the keys, bridges, soundboard and pedal system overhauled. Should have a life of 50 years! The responsive action was regulated to establish an even touch, up-and-down-the-keyboard. This piano has a warm tone and has been tuned to concert pitch. The medium mahogany case measures 148 cm wide by 127 high by 62 deep. There are 3 years left on the guarantee, (parts and labour).
