Well used but still in good condition, 3 owners from new and we have owned it since 2005, kept under winter cover when not in use and has the added benefits such as gas assisted struts for easy opening. Now for the bad news, since we have owned it we have had a couple of unfortunate incidents one involving the growth of mildew around the toilet area due to insufficient drying of toilet before winter storage (happened several years ago and although stained the wood there is no permanent damage). Also a couple of winters ago we had a furry friend come to stay who did some damage (cosmetic only) to the inner linings and fly screens on windows. Hence the reduced selling price.
