You don´t need to be a professional athlete, an Adonis, a teenager or a beauty queen. I work with everyday people from all walks of life. Some of my clients are initially terrified of the gym, many have never even stepped foot inside one! The first foray into fitness and training can be intimidating to say the least. I UNDERSTAND. And what I do know for sure is that every one of my clients comes to me for a reason, whether it´s to improve their general body shape and muscle tone, to lose a few kilos ahead of a special event, to be able to walk along the beach with confidence, to be able to fit back into that favourite pair of jeans…or simply to just ´feel´ fitter and healthier…to feel good about themselves again.
