The item can be completely disassembled for an easier collection. This single station gym from Ironman has a heavy duty, box steel main frame and features an advanced pulley system. There is a 100lb weight stack included which can easily be adjusted to suit each individual user. With a lat pull down, butterfly press/ chest press, leg curl and row station this gym provides a wide variety of workouts to target all muscles groups.
