This is a large room with double bed, microwave-oven, TV, toaster, kettle, cups, plats, knives, forks, spoons, tea/coffee/sugar. Compliment snack on arrival. Clean bedding every week, plus wash towels -2-, dressing gown and slippers. WC shower room cleaned every day with clean hand towel and all toilet paper supplied. Room has own door lock...this is not a shared flat..just me.. but you are renting the room only. No use of a kitchen but cloths washing can be done at a small cost. Smoking is ok in the room. No young students please..this is NOT a student let. Mature acting people only. The room is priced for 1 person the cost for 2 people is 145 per week. Rent gets cheaper if you pay in advance. The deposit for door keys is 50pounds. This room is clean and comfy, available now tonight if you need it. Calls taken up till 11pm. Good transport links good area nice place.
