Hi we looking to rent out our spare room to a easy going, tidy, independent professional. * We are pet(cats/small dogs) friendly even tho we do not have one. As long as you're a responsible parent we are cool with little furry friends! About the house- It's a beautiful brand new flat through two floors with two bedrooms a bathroom/toilet plus a separate toilet upstairs, large living room with open plan kitchen and two balconies. We have gated secure bike storages, communal garden area and free parking on the road next to the building. The house is very well located on old Kent road with two supermarkets next door and a beautiful burgess park in 2-5min walking distance. Very well connected with 10-15min to London Bridge and 25-30min to bank. We cycle to St. Paul's in 15min so that's pretty convenient. The room itself is located on the top floor with your own toilet and privet balconi. It has a double bed+bedding if needed, plenty of storage and optional desk and a chair and comes with a small flatscreen tv if wanted. You would only be sharing with one international couple(us) :) 28y old female and 30y old male both working in hospitality. So non of that massive house share community living feeling. Our home is our sanctuary and we would like to find someone like minded who will call it their home and respect it the way we do by being tidy and consideret to each other. We have everything needed for life and all bills are included to 185p/w with a months rent needed upfront and one month deposit. The room is available now for as long as needed.
