A deposit of the same amount plus a months rent is required up-front to move in. I have a new job overseas, hence the move. Housemates are Italian and great company, all really friendly and considerate - superb cooks as well! Cleaner once a week so property is generally clean and tidy. Two bathrooms and showers plus downstairs bathroom. The room comes with wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and chair (see below for info regarding the bed). Transport links: 2 min walk to bus routes (29, 341, 141 etc), 6mins walk to Harringay Green Lanes overground station, 10min walk to Manor House tube on the Piccadilly Line and a 10 min bus ride to Finsbury Park overground and tube. Also 15min bus ride from Tottenham Hale tube and overground. Please note: the bed frame in these pictures is mine and doesn't come with the room.
