This perfect room will be available from 4th of November as the person who lives here now, will move out on that day. The room is really warm, nice and airy with a lot of space. In the kitchen we all have our shared equipments like fridge, freezer, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, toaster also with washing machine. WE WILL HAVE GARDEN AVAILABLE SOON :))) All of us are very clean and tidy, reliable and helpful individuals. PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for VERY CLEAN people only!!! We do have our cleaning rota, however please make sure you clean after yourself EVERY TIME you use the kitchen or bathroom facilities!!! The location is really great: - Few minutes away from Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line), Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line) or Haringay Green Lanes Overground station. - The flat is in Zone 2! - Great bus services: Bus 141, 29, N29, 341, 67, 259, 279 etc. - Huge shopping centre is just few minutes away (Sainsbury’s, Homebase, Argos, Next, Superdrug, Poundland, Sports World and even the new Fitness First Haringey) The rent is £600 and INCLUSIVE OF EVERYTHING! It means that this price of £600 contains of the rent, the council tax, gas, electricity bills and so on. So for this excellent room you only have to pay £600 a months and you will not regret it. We do ask for 2 weeks deposit: £300 which secures you the room and we will give it back to you when you leave, or you can choose to ‘live it up’...I mean to stay an extra 2 weeks when you tell us that you are moving out. Unfortunately we do not have a living room, but our room is always open for a chat, or socializing. We do have 24 hours Wireless INTERNET available. We do ask you to stay AT LEAST 3 MONTHS, so we do not have to look for new people again. I have been living here 12 years now, and the other guy lives here around 4 years, so we would really appreciate someone who is looking for a long-term stay. We are very quiet people, most of the time we are not at home as we are all working and/or going to school. Please note, this is a SMOKE-FREE HOUSE.
