Double Room wanted in New Cross - preferably with free parking and desk space in London, Essex for sale

Hi, My names Chris and I am a 24 year old Student Teacher looking to return to my studies at Greenwich University after leaving London temporarily last year. So I’m looking for a place to stay, preferably in the New Cross area. I'd like to live with either students of a similar age or young professionals, ideally i'd like to bring my car back down with me so i'd like parking and would also need enough room for a desk to work at. I am outgoing and sociable but also tidy and considerate to others. I equally like going out to bars or just staying in with a bottle of wine to relax at the weekend. Though I should imagine that the latter is most likely when on PGCE placements. Also, I’m not shy towards a game of footie or basketball when the sun comes out but not really the sporty.
