Only place for girls in our house at the moment. Guys please feel free to contact us for future dates. We're in South London, Tooting Broadway is the nearest tube station, Mitcham Eastfields railway station in 5 min walk and Tooting railway station in 10 min walking. Housemates are from all over the world (more than 20 countries actually), so anyone is really welcome. It's a place to make new friends, improve your English, have a barbecue, play pool, watch sports or movies with big company of friends, change your job (people here are really helping each other with finding a new job), and many more. Housemates are respectful, look out for each other and are very welcoming to newcomers. We are trying to make it a home away from home. Our house has 21 rooms, 6 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and shower room. Only shared rooms available at the moment (girls with girls and guys with guys only). Our facilities include a huge TV room/lounge, free washing machines and dryers, free WiFi throughout the house, pool table, big screen TV (Sky) and a small bar counter for socializing. There's a huge park across the road, in 10 min walking you will find banks and supermarkets (ASDA, Lidl, Morrisons, Iceland). Bus stop is 1 min away from the house with plenty of bus routes including 2 night buses. The rent is £75 per week (1 week deposit) for a room share which includes all bills, a full-time cleaner who comes 7 days a week, internet and use of all the facilities in the house. Please note this is not a youth hostel so any potential housemates would first have to come around for a viewing.
