We only have place for girls in our house at the moment. Guys please feel free to contact us for future dates. We're in South London, Tooting Broadway tube (Zone 3) with housemates from all around the world (mostly Aussies, Kiwis and South Africans but anyone is really welcome). It's a place to make new friends and be social, but it's also very chilled out and is the perfect place to study, do work or explore London. Housemates are respectful, look out for each other and are very welcoming to newcomers. We have fun nights both in and out, a home away from home. Our house has 21 rooms, 6 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and a cool new shower room. Some rooms are shared (girls with girls and guys with guys only) and some single. There's a massive lounge with free Wifi, pool table, big screen TV (Sky TV) and a small bar for socialising. (50meg wireless internet is also available throughout the house.) There's a huge park and tennis courts across the road. The supermarkets are nearby and so are the banks. We are close to all major bus routes including two night buses N44 and 264. Tooting Broadway is our closest tube station, and Tooting Station and Mitcham Eastfields is a 5 min walk away. The rent is £75 per week (1 week deposit) for a room share which includes all bills, a full-time cleaner who comes in 7 days a week, wireless internet and the use of all the facilities in the house i.e washing machines and dryers. Our single rooms are mostly filled by people already living in share rooms. Please note this is not a youth hostel so any potential housemates would first have to come around for a viewing.
