Tier 2 Visa Support. My name is Tim, I’m an Australian teacher who has just been granted a Tier 2 General Visa. I’m offering a support service to anyone who is looking to switch from a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa over to a Tier 2 General Visa. I am offering this as someone who has just gone through the application process successfully, however found it very stressful and time consuming. The biggest problem I found is the lack of information on the home office website as well as there literally being no helpline or advice available to ask anyone questions. Having now been through the process and learnt the hard way, I know the system back to front and will be able to support you throughout the process to relieve any stress you may have. I charge £150 pounds for the service which provides you with the following: - I manage the service for you from start to finish. - A step to step guideline of exactly what you need to do and what’s involved in the application process. This includes an exact timeline of when certain aspects of the application need to be completed by etc... I will also call you at appropriate times to make sure you are on track and to remind you of key deadlines. - A list of documents you will need to provide for the application as well as a list of personal details you will need to supply. - Details of visa costs involved. - Proof reading of application before you send it. - Links to appropriate websites for completing online application. - I will also be on-call at anytime for any questions or queries you may have. A visa barrister will charge anywhere between £700-£1200 pounds for this service. Please note – I would initially prefer to meet personally with you to discuss whether this is a viable option for you, this will also give you piece of mind before taking up the service. I will also let you know if you qualify according to the home offices points based system. If you don’t there is no point continuing the application. There is no obligation for payment at this point. I will not collect any personal details of you, so you will not need to worry about protecting your privacy, I will only tell you what you need to supply for the application.
