Vintage 1950's Umberto Mascagni designer wardrobe in London, Essex for sale

FOR SALE: A vintage 1950's Umberto Mascagni wardrobe, originally retailed through Harrods. Iconic of the time and not often found these days, this is an ideal purchase for collectors or fans of the period. The wardrobe is built out of solid wood, lined in padded leather-type material. Although predominantly white in colour, there is a golden aluminium finish along the borders. Inside there is a hanging rail and shoe rack. There is also an internal light which would need rewiring. The item is listed as used, in keeping with the vintage feel. As a retro item there are obviously signs of wear around the edges - there is a slight 2inch split in the covering on one side. There is also no key for the door but they open fine. However essentially this a fantastic piece ready for immediate use.
