The studio is bright, on the ground floor, off the courtyard of Cable Street Studios. There is wifi, basic kitchen and one toilet. Floor, kitchen and toilet cleaned weekly. There is 24 hour access to the studio and security on the gate. At the moment there is an illustrator, architect, pinhole photographer, puppeteer, painter, PR team and a social worker, all working part time in the space. All of them only work 1 or 3 days/eves in the space. Desks/ areas between £160- 550 PCM available, (pic 1 whole space £550) No extra costs, (electricity, water, business rate, wifi all included in price).
