VW Golf 1.6 2002 - Superficial bodywork damage - Fixer Upper... in London, Essex for sale

Selling our trusty Golf which has had over £1500 spent on it in the last 18 months, new brakes, service etc. Runs great other than clicking noise when reversing, have been advised a new gearbox will probably need to be fitted soon - hence the cheap price! Bodywork not great, a number of dinks and dents, most panels have some form of blemish and both rear wheel arches scraped - but nothing major if you know your stuff. The cover of the driver wing mirror needs replacing but this will cost £10 - 20 and is magnetic so fits in seconds. Interior good to very good - no obvious signs of wear and tear other than the catch on the glove box needs attention. Obviously this car is not going to suit everyone but if you are mechanically minded grab yourself a bargain and you will have a lovely, strong, sporty run around for less than half the market value - or you could make a quick buck :)
