The Space The apartment has been recently refurbished and it is spilt in two levels with laminated wood floor throughtout; the ground floor includes lounge, kitchen and a private garden, the three bedrooms and the bathroom are located at the first floor. You will stay in a bright and comfortable room with double bed, two bedside cabinets and lamps and a nice built-in wardrobe. In the living room you will find a lovely round vintage table with chairs, a huge and very comfy sofa perfect if you want chill out a bit watching the flat screen TV or reading one of the books at your disposal in the bookcase. Colorful paintings on the wall, plants and flowers complete and brighten the room. The kitchen is separate, really spacious and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and moka coffe maker. Family bathroom with bathtub and a wide window. Last but not least, the nice rear garden where you can relax during warm and sunny days. Guest Access You will share the apartment with me and will have access to lounge area, kitchen, garden and bathroom. Feel free to cook your meals and just make yourself at home! Getting Around Situated in zone 2, the apartment is really convenient to reach the city centre. Various bus stops with bus running 24/7 are located round the corner or just few minutes on foot. You can enjoy the view of London while taking one of the numerous direct buses to the city centre, or you can arrive at Elephant & Castle tube station in 10 minutes by bus. Peckham Rye Overground and trains are also easily accessible, just 15 minutes on foot.
