The neighbourhood Margaret & Nasser’s home is located in Greater London, England, United Kingdom. Our home is located in a residential area of North West London, very close to Colindale Underground Station 10 minutes walk away. There is a lovely park nearby in our street, Indonesian, Indian, Chinese, Turkish kebab restaurants, KFC, Costa Coffee, banks, post office, chemist, laundry, music instrument shop ( with music teachers at site ), two English Pubs, Barbershop, hair salons and more groceries and fruit shops two supermarkets, Asda and Morrisons are 5 minutes walk away. A big Mc Donald restaurant is around the corner 3 minutes walk away from home. There are night time hotspots in the area for every age. The Royal Air Force Museum is nearby, around 2 miles. Getting around Colindale Underground Station ( Northern line ) is 10 minutes walk (that's very close for London). From Colindale Station, it takes only 10 minutes to Hampstead, 15 minutes to Camden Town and only 20 minutes to Kings Cross. We are very close to M1, M25, A1 and A406 in order to travel outside or into London. Middlesex University is 15 minutes walk from our place. We are 2 minutes walk away from the Edgware Road which is a very long road stretching from Edgware to Hyde Park. There are many buses taking you to City and the West End, Wembley Stadium including the N5 night bus, which runs from Harrow, stops at Mc Donald close to us and carries on to Hyde Park and Trafalgar Square and finishes at Victoria Station. Bus 324 stops only a few yards away from the house in our street and takes you to the popular Brent Cross Shopping Centre in 10 minutes. Mill Hill mainline train station connecting to Luton airport and is only 10 minutes drive away. The place is unique and of a high standard, not because it is spotless and beautiful and not because it is light, bright, warm and has a classic look. It is unique because we're fully and truly committed hosts, living on the ground floor flat of the same building. So we are always around while you are still able to enjoy your privacy safely and securely. The Rooms : Our place is our lifestyle. Comforting and helping you is our aim. Each room has its own theme, essentials are all thoughtfully and tastefully provided and arranged for your convenience. Each room has a good size wardrobe with full-length mirrors, dressing table and desk with chairs and study lamp, a baggage rack, each room has a new comfortable bed, mattress protector, mattresses and pillowcases of Hotel brand quality and high thread count and 100% cotton. Everything smells nice and fresh. That is guaranteed and that is a promise. Living room : The living room is bright, sunny and big, with an Ikea Daybed which can be a sofa bed during the day and single or double bed at night with good storage and drawers. A cosy dining table and chairs, dressing table, desk, mirror and another study lamp, ironing board and hairdryer are provided. The Loft studio : A well- carpeted staircase leads you to the loft studio flat with a double bed and the second bathroom and toilet. A comfortable chair and a coffee table makes the studio very relaxing, comfortable and excluded from all hassles of the day. There is a cosy bath in the second bathroom in the loft. Bathroom 1 : You will love the new fully tiled bathroom with fresh, thick and top quality towels ( two for each guest ), big head shower and hand shower in a glass cubicle with our complimentary salon quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for you to use. Mirrored cabinets with shaver sockets and drawers for your personal toiletries. Floor mats are also provided to step on after your shower. The Beautiful Kitchen : You also going to love the well- equipped brand new kitchen with tastefully selected, good quality cutlery, plates and cups for everyone in your group or family including children. Toaster, microwave, brand new electric cooker and oven. All necessary pots and pans set have been specially chosen by Margaret. Guest access You will have the entire space exclusively for your group or family. You also welcome to use our driveway or you can otherwise park your car in our street which is a free parking zone with no restriction. You also have access to our big garden. At present we are working on it to make a section of it into an Organic Micro Green Vegetable farm. We are planning to grow our own vegetable. There is ample remaining area to make barbecue and enjoy a good lazy day in the garden. We love to make a wood fire and spend time in the garden till late ( weather permitting ). There is always plenty of wood available to burn. Interaction with guests We will be available to offer help throughout your stay as we live in the flat below on the ground floor.
