We are moving into a new house today and 2 huge double bedrooms are available for long term.We are looking for a tidy and responsible flatmate for long term. The house: a nice 3 level townhouse on Barnfield Place. The house is a large, clean and well cared for. The house also has a separate living room and very nice decent size private back garden. The house has everything you might need: dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 other bathrooms, flying fast internet, warm and efficient boiler. The room: Some .5m x 4.0m in size. There is plenty of light as the room has large sliding windows/door leading to private back garden. These are double glazed so room is quiet and warm in winter. The room has good, warm, clean carpets. The room is fully furnished with everything you need – proper double bed with good mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. The rent is £625 per month, but that excludes bills. Bills - CT, energy,phone, internet, water, etc have been approx. £75 per month so far. You will be sharing with responsible professionals.
