Hi, I'm looking for a flat mate for this homely flat for a period of 6 months to a year, possibly more. The flat is a lovely two bed flat in Finchley N3 1EB, which is a quite road, within 5 minutes walk to Finchley Central Tube and many bus routs. The room is a small single, however you will have use of all the flat. Washing machine, dishwasher, hover, microwave, oven, all you need to bring is your clothes! The bathroom has recently been redone and the single room has also just been painted and had with new carpet, blinds etc. Small garden, or rather patio which is not really used. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have a cat. His name is Arthur and will give hugs when he is comfortable with you! Available from the 1st October.
