Nearest Bus Stop – 187Feet Fulham Broadway Station – 0.2miles Parsons Green Station – 0.4miles West Brompton Station – 0.7miles The room is 3.7m x 3.7m. The room has a floor to ceiling built-in double wardrobe, is on the opposite end of the house from the other two rooms (making it very private), is near the toilet, and very bright. It comes with a large Queen size bed, a leather arm chair with a small side table, full length mirror, two large windows which open up onto the private courtyard, central heating, bed side table, 4 large drawers for extra storage, desk, chair, and a lamp. This room has wooden floors, 2 beige rugs, pale bluish walls, almost white really, and a turquoise feature wall and accents. Duvets, pillows, and sheets are included; all brand new. Electricity and Heating are Not included, but all other bills (such as internet, council tax, water, etc.) are. The kitchen has an eat-in area with a table which can comfortably fit 6 and is the communal spot of the house. It is very bright with a huge window looking into the private courtyard and one frosted window spilling light into the corridor, a reddish feature wall, white cabinets and counter tops, colourful accents, full size fridge, double oven, washer/drier, dish washer, microwave, electric stovetop, central heating, and wooden floors. The whole flat is very bright and full of pops of modern touches and colour, as well as lots of character such as the mouldings/coving, tiny windows above all the doors, original wood floors and windows, 2 fireplaces, etc. In the summer the communal courtyard is great for having a BBQ, sitting with friends, or just enjoying some sun and quiet. The flat itself is in a very well kept Victorian building with sweeping banisters and a thick luxurious carpet throughout the entrance hall and stairs, there is a spot off the courtyard where you can park your motorbike or bicycle if you have one, and the building is super safe. Practically right outside the building you can find food from around the world, a bunch of awesome coffee shops, pubs, 6 different banks, night buses, 3 tube/rail stations, Waitrose, M&S, Whole Foods, Sainsbury’s, Vue Cinemas, etc. Ok So I guess the only other thing left to say is, this is our home and therefore are would like to find flat mates who are looking for a place to call home, and not a party house. We are busy professionals with a creative flare who enjoy a good laugh and the odd night together drinking, cooking, going out or just shooting the shit. We are not clean freaks, but enjoy living in a clean house where everyone pitches in with chores. Also, there is no smoking allowed in the house but smokers are welcome. We respect others and their privacy, and in return expect the same. We will not tolerate rude or disrespectful people.
