TWO BEDS IN SHARED ROOM AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM LET FROM AUGUST 7TH in London, Essex for sale

Hi All, I have a HUGE shared room available from August 7th until September 7th close to Kentish Town Tube station as my roommate and I will be traveling during this time. The room is equipped with two double beds, a lounge, two large wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and two large mirrors. It’s a twenty-minute walk to Camden Town and a 25-minute walk to Kings Cross Station. Public transport is great - a bus stop right outside the front of the house will take you directly into the city centre within 25 minutes and comes very regularly, plus there’s always the tube, which is nearby. Bills, council tax and wifi are all included and there’s also a washing machine and dryer. Ideally we’re looking for two friends or a couple to occupy the room to share the cost - which works out at 357.50 for the month per person. It is an English/ Aussie share house which usually houses 5 people within four rooms and all housemates are super friendly and easy going.
