We have a Big Double room (4,2mt x 3,1mt) with king size bed and closet to rent in our flat for SINGLE PERSON in Brockley. Flat is opposite the Brockley Station zone 2 (3 min walking) on the main road. Buses stop in front 171,172 and 484. BROCKLEY STATION OFFER FAST, DIRECT AND FREQUENT SERVICES TO LONDON BRIDGE 10 MIN. OVERGROUND TO SHOREDITCH, CROYDON AND HIGHBURY ISLINGTON The area is lovely, with a lot of Pubs, restaurants, cafes and 5 mins walking to Hilly Fiels Park. 5 min on bus to Goldsmith University or 15min walking. On Saturday, you can go on the Famous Brockley Market to buy fresh breads, vegetables direct from the Farms. We are young couple, no smoking, no pets. The flat is full equipped with wash machine, dry machine, etc... You will share the flat only with us. (two people) All bills included. Fibre Broadband... One week rent advance plus two weeks of deposit. Brockley Review...... Telelgraph Hill, picturesque hilly pretty undiscovered corner of London, great for transport links. Beautiful views of the city and Canary Wharf, wide, leafy streets. Local pub and Thai restaurant in pretty garden. Great place Brockley has a vibrant artistic community. People are friendly, unpretentious and loyal. Once you've discovered Brockley you don't ever want to move out. Good central London area - 10 mins by train to London Bridge - 20 mins to Charing Cross. Upcoming area close to park and not far from Lewisham (DLR) Brockley - it's the new Hackney - and is now connected to that jewel of the east end with the opening of the East London line. It's not exactly Knightsbridge, but then again, it's unpretentious, gorgeous (try the wild beauty of Hilly Fields), lively (the Ravioli ballrooms for 50s retro funky dress up parties) and is even getting a few classy eateries (Brockley Mess, La Broca, anyone?). Check out Brockley Central, the local blog for the latest Brockley happenings and civil actions. Brockley-ites / Brocklites like the latest things, are not immune to a bit of Kultcha but also have fierce ownership of the neighborhood and love the streets. Move here but don't tell too many people about it - don't want everyone to find out! Not many people have heard of Brockley but it is a nice residential area with very good links to the city and town, which people don't realise. you get more for your money here and it's relaxed and homely with lovely parks. Little bars, cafes and shops are all beginning to open in the area - hence it being up and coming. A hidden gem very close to the city. You've got to live here to discover it. This quiet, leafy little jewel of a place is only 25 minutes from Bond Street (through London Bridge or Canada Water) and is sandwiched between New Cross & neighbouring 'up & coming' Forest Hill, 'villagey' Honor Oak Park & Dulwich Village. Brockley is a lovely, friendly place to live - just about to be discovered by the city crowd on the hunt for still cheap big Victorian properties with larger than average gardens. Lots of beautiful parks close by and not far from the famous Goldsmith College. Artists have long discovered the area because of the large properties with lots of light. Thee are lots of quirky friendly restaurants bars and gastro pubs....very easy access to the city and Central London. Brockely is one of the most well connected areas of South East London. Access to several overland stations plus the new Over/Underground at Brockley & Honor Oak - all stations are 15 minutes into Central London/London Bridge. Several great bars, good restaurants and the World famous Rivoli Ballroom plus green open spaces make Brockley a wonderful, undiscovered gem of a place to live. Brockley has great parks and walking areas, excellent for dog owners. Also cafes and pubs that allow dogs. Is a nice place to be living This is a lovely residential area with good mix of students from goldsmiths, young professionals and families. Friendly, with excellent links to central london, east london, city, west end, airports, local cafes,wine bars. pub with theatre, restaurants, famed Rivoli Ballroom, choice of stations. P.S station not already mentioned to add to the other four is Honor Oak Park trains and overground tube.
