The flat is nice and bright and the house in in an excellent location. 2 min walk from bus stop (24h to Piccadilly C.), 5 min walk from tube (Goldhawk Rd), 10-12min to central line and overground (Shepherds Bush). The area is provided with all you need, shops, pubs, restaurant, post office, banks, shopping centres, theatre, cinema, gym, local market etc. All in walking distances. We are very sociable and easygoing. In the flat we speak english, spanish and italian. The perfect candidate would be a girl, professionist, sociable, non smoker extremely clean and tidy and respectful. We rty to keep the flat as clean as possible, we have a cleaning rota and we do recycling according to council rules so we would expect the person who takes the room to be into that kind shape of mind. Room price is 650 p/m, 1 month deposit in advance. Included in the rent is council tax, water, internet and telephone. Gas and Electricity a part.
