We have a very large room with a fantastic lake view overlooking central London! The room contains a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, nightstand and study desk. We have a 3-bedroom flat, which is very clean and tidy. We are 1 girls and 2 guy; all of us are very friendly and easygoing. We are looking for someone respectful clean and relatively quiet as we are all professionals. We ve all had the isolated hotel-like flat-share experience in the past and want to make this feel like home. We are really keen on keeping it clean and welcoming after a long day running around London. We are excited to bring in another addition to our home and the minimum term to stay is 6 months. The house has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms with a power shower. The kitchen contains all the necessary amenities and appliances (and a view of the City!). We have a washing machine and a 200 GB Speed Wifi-Internet Connection (We know how important the internet is and could not live without it! :)) The flat is walking distance from Manor House tube station, Stoke Newington Church Street, Clissold Park and Stamford Hill Railway Station with links to the City and Central London. There are many buses and night buses just on the next street. There are shops within 5 minutes walking distance with a cash point, giant supermarket, pubs, bars etc. The building has a security system to get into the building so it is very safe, with lifts straight to our door... All bills included; we only share the electricity which comes to approximately 10-15 a month. We are looking forward to meeting you and showing you around! 
