Lovely room in modern flatshare in Canada Water - available 2nd-3rd August - bills included in London, Essex for sale

I'm moving in with a friend so giving up my lovely room in a great flat of young professionals aged 22-25 - available 3rd August. The room is a good size with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe with TV included. The flat is spacious for 6 people with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and tumble dryer so everything is so convenient. Everyone is lovely and up for having a chat in the living room/kitchen area but it's quiet enough to have your own space as well when you need it. Couple of minutes walk from the river (good for runners or walkers) with great views of Canary Wharf and there's lots of greenary around which makes it a nice area to live. Canada Water is the nearest Tube station which has great transport links - Zone 2 Jubilee line and Overground so Central London and East London are less than a 15 min commute for you. The flat is a 12 min walk from the station but you can get the 381/C10 which takes about 5 mins and they come very regularly and stop right outside. the 381 runs all night which is great when you've been out a little later!
