Hi there! We have 1 large double room becoming available on the 1st May in our house share. We will be considering young professionals 27-35, happy personality, clean, respectful and who likes dogs- we have 2! No couples sorry. The house is divided into 2 floors 1st floor: Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, rear garden. 2nd floor: the bedrooms The people: We are a mix of Brazilian, English and Kiwi, 2 couples, all young and professionals. We also have 2 dogs! Couple 1: Leon, a chef from Brazil and Anna, a tattooist rom York. Couple 2: Tom, a paralegal from Leeds and Sarah, an animal charity worker from New Zealand Steak: 1 year 7 month old staffy, who loves to play, have attention and will do anything for a cuddle! Moo: 1 year 3 month old american bulldog x staffy who is the sweetest thing; quiet, gentle and also a major cuddle player... Food is a big thing in the house, so our kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you could ever want! All of it you can use so long as you clean after yourself and respect the space. The housemates usually keep themselves to themselves, but all are really nice and up for a brew if you have the time! The house is not noisy, except for Leon's tv that sometimes gets a bit crazy, nothing that a knock in the door won't resolve lol...
