THE FLAT A gorgeous flat that sits atop one of the Elgin Mansions blocks, with views up and down the lovely tree-lined Elgin Avenue. THE FLATMATES We are two clean, respectful and relaxed guys (both professionals with a range of occupations, who work far too many hours) who have both just ticked over to the age of 30 (but still clinging onto their 20s), and we're looking for a similar third person who can help continue to make our flat our home. Our schedules vary slightly depending on how busy work is, but we mostly work during the weekdays and have evenings and weekends off. We are both sociable but equally we are very respectful of each other's privacy and personal space. We will be sad to see our current flatmate go, but she has got herself onto the property ladder so is venturing off into the great unknown (although she will be back visiting regularly I'm sure!).
