We are looking for a friendly professional girl or guy mid-twenties to early thirties. We would like someone who is clean and tidy and who is looking for a place to make their home. We are three girls ages 27-28. Charlie is a paediatric nurse, Anna works at a theatre tickets company and Kate has been working as a manager at homelessness charity and will be working and studying this year. We were strangers when we moved in (all at separate times) and are excited to welcome someone new. It is a sociable and relaxed house where we often cook for each other, watch TV together, have film nights and go out together from time to time too. Local Area & The House: The local area is safe and lively. The house is on a quiet residential road, just 2 minutes from Green Lanes and its many Turkish restaurants, cheap greengrocers, the lovely Salisbury pub and even two new recently opened bars. Tesco Express and Sainsbury Local are within a few minutes’ walk and there is a large Sainsbury, Homebase and Superdrug a 10 minute walk away. The landladies live locally and take good care of the house, sorting out any problems quickly and doing maintenance regularly. The house has four bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs. The room available is the largest in the house with plenty of space if you have a lot of stuff or even have any furniture to bring. The room is at the front of the house and is quiet and light with large windows, wooden floor and old fashioned fireplace. It is furnished, although some of the furniture in the photos belongs to the current housemate, but the room comes with bed, hanging rails and 3 drawer chest. We have a bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle. The shower is excellent and we never have problems with running out of hot water. There is a separate toilet with sink which is handy in the morning. We have a good sized kitchen/dining room. It's equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and brand new washing machine, dining table & chairs, 2 fridges, 1 freezer and ample space for drying clothes. The garden is lovely and this year we have planted flowers and even our own veg. It’s a great space for morning coffee and for summertime BBQ’s. There is also a washing line outside if you can find a time when it isn’t pouring with rain over the winter. We have a cosy living room which has enough seating, cushions and blankets to ensure everyone can collapse after a hard day at work. The living room also houses the TV (Virgin with Catch Up) and the wireless router; the wifi signal can be picked up in most of the house.
