The room comes with a double bed, drawers and clothes rail. The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Liverpool st, 10 minutes from shoreditch high street station and aldgate east station. Would be ideal for someone who works in the city/bank/moorgate as all are walking distance. The room is £800 all up with bills (£710 rent and £90 bills per month) You will be sharing with 3 professionals, Benoit (French) 27 and works in IT, Michael (Australian) 25 designer, Sarah (Australian) 23 office manager. We are pretty social with each other such as flat mate dinner night, going to the cinema, going for drinks and movie nights in the flat. We're looking for someone who's happy to join in on occasion.
