We are very clean and tidy people, so we are looking for the same type of people to share our house with. We have 1 really nice room to let, it is nice size, has a double bed, big wardrobes, bedsits and chest of drawers. There is a lovely KITCHEN which is fully equipped with (fridge, freezer ,mixer, microwave , oven, kettle), and a living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV with Italian and English channels. We have a huge back garden, in the summer with the gazebo and table with chairs, ideal for summer BBQ-s. There is also really good storage space if needed. To get to the central just takes 10 minutes by underground to baker street , oxford circus and Piccadilly circus, and there are lots of buses, too. There is a Sainsbury's Superstore which is open till 10 pm and its less then a 5 minute walk from the front door of the house. The local area also has many small shops, restaurants, banks and a library. We are looking for friendly and tidy professionals, PLEASE NO DIRTY, STRANGE OR DODGY PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THANKS.
