The room is in second floor, 24 h central heating, double bed, a big wardrobes, desk, chair, Kitchen, bath and toilet are to be shared with 3 other students and professionals from Poland, Vietnam & Iran. Flat owner living out. The flat has 4 rooms, one toilet, kitchen, bath, shower, no living room as kitchen is big with a table and 4 chairs, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven/cooker (gas), washing machine, lots of spare dishes, there is a drying room and a separate place for luggage and shoes. All the bills are included (high-speed internet wireless, electricity, water, tax and gas) one-month rent in advance and one month rent as deposit is required when moving in. Minimum contract is 12 months; one moths notice before leaving is required. We share the cost of tissues and washing liquid and so on which will be no more than £5 a months.
