We are a creative, fun, friendly household - looking for one new person professional person to join our home. There are five of us in the house; We are all in our twenties thirties all professionals. Quite an international house too, Swedish, German and French at the moment. Rent includes all bills| : gas & electric, water, sky tv, phone & fast broadband. And for extra £10/months our fortnightly cleaner - and includes a well stocked household essentials like loo paper, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, the boring things you have to buy to have a clean house. The house is huge - it is spread over three floors. Two bedrooms on ground floor and our utility room with a washing machine, and tumble dryer and lots of space for drying clothes. First floor is the main living area - it's a nice big open plan space, kitchen with breakfast bar area, huge dining table for 10 people, and sofa/chill out area with a triple sofa and double sofa - with a wee TV with sky. The is also a big bathroom on the first floor with a shower, toilet, etc. Top floor has three bedrooms and the bathroom shown in the pictures. With a big bath, a funky tfl shower curtain - helps you plan your route while you shower. The house is on a lovely cobbled mews in Maida Vale, 10mins walk to Warwick Ave on bakerloo line, and 7 mins walk to Westbourne Park on hammersmith& city and circle line.
