My brother and I are letting out a gorgeous double room with own access to garden in a new building. We are the first tenants so the property benefits from brand new amenities and furnishing. The room is a good size double that comes furnished with a ikea wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. The room has its own private access to the huge garden that is serves only our flat. The flat is bright, cosy and warm and the area is more than convenient, just off old kent road, 3 minutes walking from Asda, TK Maxx, Sainsbury, etc. Shoreditch is a quick bus ride away, whilst Tower Bridge and Aldgate take 20 min by bus at rush hour. There are 3 24 hour buses a min walk away. About us, we are a brother and sister sharing the property. We are quite chatty and we enjoy our beers every now and then. But we also enjoy a quiet evening when there is hard work ahead the next day. We are quite easy going but we like keeping the flat clean.
