Double room in lovely flat share in Maida Vale in London, Essex for sale

I am looking for someone friendly, fun and easy to live with to replace me in my lovely house in Maida Vale. I am sadly moving out and leaving Philip and Jennifer to move in with my boyfriend (I probably shouldn't say sadly!). They are two really easy going friendly people who are up for chilling in the lounge and discussing our days or going on a night out to discover a new bar or restaurant. Jennifer is Canadian (29 years old) and Philip is Swedish (28 years old) and they have both lived in London for longer than I have, so always have really good suggestions for places to go or things to do. The flat is very nice, newly refurbished, with a spacious relaxing lounge (which I really struggled to find on my previous search!). The kitchen is kitted out and spacious, and easy to keep clean. Philip and Jen usually cook most nights, and are definitely up for doing some shared flat meals/ baking adventures. You will be sharing a bathroom with Philip who is clean and tidy, while Jen has her own ensuite - making sure there are never queues for the shower. The room itself is a good size with a comfy double bed and double wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers and bedside table (all staying behind for you). I have quite a bit of stuff and the storage has been very good. The flat is also so so close to Maida Vale station! Roughly 90 seconds - not that I've timed it. Really handy for getting anywhere. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, responsible and up for being a flatmate rather than just a lodger. Ideally you will be a proffesional working in London and looking for somewhere to call home!
