Hi Guys, I have a large room with double bed available for rent. I have previously rented it to Roehampton Uni students in the past, but I am also open to young working professionals. If you are a student, you need to be second year or above! I am looking for the right type of person who can fit in with the vibe here. We are nice people and want to live with nice people! Let me first explain about myself. My parents own this three bedroom end-terrace house but I am living here and managing it for them, so need to rent a room to help with the mortgage. The area is nice and our neighbours are also students. There are quite a few student houses around. My mum is currently staying in another room temporarily as she is in the process of moving job and home, but she will be gone in the near future and I will then rent out that room, so there will always be a total of 3 people living here. There is a room downstairs which is mine, and three upstairs in a row. I am keeping the small middle room as a spare room for when people come and stay round, also as it means there is more distance between the two upstairs bedrooms for more privacy and less noise etc... The room we are renting out is furthest away from everyone! I am 26 years old and have just finished a Business Management degree at Kingston and am about to graduate. I am also a musician/producer. I also work a part time job for now. I enjoy all styles of music, but mainly listen to 60's/70s Rock and 90's Hip Hop. I also play guitar/bass/piano as well! I am pretty easy going and just expect mutual respect in everything. Its a non-smoking house but we have a garden where you can smoke up if need be. All the other stuff can be talked about should we move ahead, but either way its all good. The room is for £600 a month including is available now. It includes all bills (gas, electric, water and BT Infinity Fibreoptic Wireless). I need to put some curtains up which will be done this week. I love to cook, so expect to eat together from time to time! I like to think its a family vibe here in this house but also respect everyone's privacy, but either way this is London and there are a lot of people in the city. If you can't even communicate with people you live with, then you are in the wrong town. If you think this may be something that you would like to come and check out then give me a shout. I assure you this is not your normal house share, in a good way of course. Also if you play an instrument, we can have a jam from time to time.
