At any time, there is up to 5 people living in the house. 500per month room available now: The room is on the ground floor and is east facing, and is furnished with a quality hand made Warren Evans solid pine double bed, sofa, 2 x wardrobes, shelves. 600pm room available in September: 1st floor east facing, about 4.5mx 3.4m, loads of space by London standards, 2 x windows. Warren Evans handmade bed with luxury orthopedic mattress (cost over 1000GBP), 2 x desk, bookcase. In-built storage, wardrobe, chest of drawes, underbed drawers, bedside table . The house has two bathrooms and there is free wi-fi. There is a garden with vegetable patch (the pictures of the garden gives you an idea how well the housemates look after the house). We have a tumble dryer and a dehumidifier to control condensation. The rooms are for single occupancy, suitable for professionals or quiet students (not for people who work night shifts). Non-smokers only. This house is for the more independent person. There is no pressure to socialise, and it's not a party house. To share with 1 female + 3 guys, professionals, aged over 30. The housemates tend to catch up on each other's news in the kitchen or in the garden. Occupations and interests are: art (exhibited at Tate Modern, and Saatchi galleries), psychology, criminal law, finance, gardening. We have a cleaning rota as then everyone has an interest to keep the place tidy ( if you don't wish to clean you can make arrangements to get in a cleaner when it's your turn). The rent includes some bills - council tax, and wifi. The rent does not cover water, electricity, gas which has been from £10 to £40 per month depending on the time of year, and averages to about 30GBP a month. There is also a kitty for cleaning material which is averages to about 0.80GBP per month - ie hardly anything. There is a cat.
