Cheap Double Room for Rent for Muslim Sister in London, Essex for sale

Asalamu Alaykum. We are a Asian couple looking for a sister to rent a room in our house. Decent sized room with a double bed(with space underneath for storage), bedside cabinet with large drawers and built in wardrobe. There is a shared dining area/kitchen/bathroom/garden. Please note the front room is not shared and not for use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven and grill. There is also a washing machine available to use so no trips to the launderette. Tenants will be provided with their own fridge and bathroom cabinet to share with the other tenant. I wear the hijab that's why we are strictly looking for a female. We live our lifestyle according to the Islamic faith so you should follow general rules i.e. no smoking, drinking alcohol, non halal food and bringing male guests to the house so although its advertised for Muslim females we don't mind any female who can follow those rules. We keep the house clean and tidy so looking for clean tidy sister. Cleaning the bathroom and kitchen after every use is essential. The house is situated in a quiet residential street with free parking. There is a newsagent just a minute walk away. Just 10 minutes’ walk to the local shopping centre The Tandem Centre and Sainsbury's/M&S, virgin active gym and Merton abbey mills. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop - direct buses to Colliers Wood tube station and Mitcham town Centre. Colliers Wood tube station is 15 minutes walk away. Phipps Bridge tram stop is also a 5 minute walk away where you can get a direct tram to Wimbledon. All bills and Wi-Fi broadband is included. We do not require any deposit but £350 rent is payable upon moving in and at the beginning of every month.
