We are two friends in our mid-20s seeking a male professional in his mid 20s to early 30s to fill the 3rd room in our flat from the July 11 2015. The flat is situated on a quiet street in Putney and is only a 10min walk to either Putney Station, East Putney underground station or Wandsworth Town station. It is also within walking distance from Wandsworth Park, the river and shops and amenities. The flat is on the last two floors in a conversion and comes furnished with a bed in each room as well as storage space, with a corner sofa and a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a large cooker and fridge/freezer. The flat has one bathroom. The rent is £700 pcm plus bills, which we expect to be about £60 pcm per person. The deposit is 6 weeks rent. References will need to be taken by the estate agent. We are very easy-going and outgoing and would love to find someone who is as active and social as we are. We enjoy going out in Clapham and Fulham as much as we enjoy a quiet night in. I am a keen runner and part of a very social running club in Fulham, whilst Katie enjoys a playing mixed football. We are not into any of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians type of show, so do not worry, we will not make you watch any garbage TV!
