SFM zz 125 learner legal with 8 months MOT in London, Essex for sale

Hi thanks for looking. This has just been sitting in a garage post liquidation of it's former garage. I have a full HPI check which shows this bike has had 1 previous owner, and now me. I haven't actually used it as I had to wait 4 months(!!) for a log book as the DVLA took ages to issue me with one as I had to apply for a brand new one. In the mean time I had to get another bike so now I can finally sell it. It did have a full 12 months MOT and it was thoroughly serviced to get it through, but due to the delay in getting the log book there's now 8 months left. The minor repairs included getting a brand new battery (Yuasa YTX7L-BS), replacing the fork seals. The two advisories were slightly grabbing brake Rear (3.3.A1b) and rear mono shock pivot worn but not excessive (2.4.B.4) Have given a little clean but a few of the stickers are a little scuffed, but other than that you are basically getting yourself a brand new bike that hasn't had an owner since 2013- the tyres still have the thin little hair like vent spews on them. I have tried to be as honest and thorough as possible but any questions please ask. Thanks Sean
