ADVANCED SKIN CARE CLINIC IN HOUNSLOW SEEKING AESTHETICIAN / BEAUTY THERAPIST, £18-20K PLUS COM in London, Essex

An innovative and forward thinking advanced skin care company are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable therapist ideally with aesthetics experience or an interest in this field to join a small team at one of their new clinics in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of an exciting and growing company. You must be passionate about skin treatments and be looking for a role enabling you to progress within this field. You will be responsible for carrying out all of the skin care treatments on a daily basis. You will be given additional training but it is important that you have knowledge or have been working with treatments such as laser, chemical peels, dermarolling, dermabrasion and microdermabrasion. You will also carry out treatments such as waxing, massage and spray tanning. For this role is it imperative that you have outstanding customer service skills as you will be required to up sell the products following treatment. The ideal candidate will have: • NVQ2 and NVQ3 in Beauty Therapy • Laser and Aesthetic experience is preferable (but not essential) • Strong retail background • Proven ability to generate sales • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Work well on your own as well as a small team • Be self motivated and able to offer an outstanding service on a daily basis • Be disciplined and have experience working in a disciplined environment • Enthusiasm, drive and passion for the industry • Have a bubbly and charming personality, but professional • Present beautifully at all times • Excellent, checkable references from past employers This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a high end, advanced skin care clinic. You will be required to work a 40 hour week, which will include weekend work and late night shifts on monthly rota basis.. Salary - £18-20k pa plus commission and great benefits.
