Vi-Spring Bedstead Superb – Kingsize Luxury Handmade Mattress – RRP £ 5,235 The Bedstead Superb by Vi-spring is a truly luxurious mattress, with a double-layered spring construction and natural upholstery including horsehair and British fleece wool and cotton, that all add up to years of wonderful sleep The mattress has a recommended retail price of £ 5,235, however I am aware that it is available on sale at the moment for £ 3,925. The mattress is king size (5ft) and both sides are classed as medium tension, however in my opinion this mattress is much softer and probably falls somewhere between medium and soft. The condition of the mattress is very good - it does have a few small vague stains on the underside and some yellowing from the bed slats by this does not take anything away from the comfort. Also when the mattress was being moved the removal men managed to make a tiny nick in the mattress, which I have tried to show in the final picture. A word of warning though…. Vi-Spring mattresses are VERY heavy and it will need a 2 man team to move it. We live in North London (Highgate Village) on the second floor and it will need collecting from there, however many man and van services can offer this service relatively cheap.
