Music Studio / Space - Recording - Practice in Holborn / Farringdon WC1 in London, Essex for sale

Hi, We're a couple of producers/djs/musicians with a music studio in Central London. The studio is around 600sqft , and has 3 spaces. The main room , a production/recording booth and a small vocal boot. We have many slots ( weekly, monthly, daily, etc ) available and looking for someone to take some. The space is big, and is 24/7 access, and can be used to practice, produce, record, rehearse , teach etc. Unfortunately, there is one NO and it is for drums. So please drummers or bands with drumers do please not apply. It is ok to bring own equipment and leave it here. Price will depend on how many hours a week you would like to take, which days, which hours ( morning, afternoon, evenings, nights,etc ). If interested , please reply with above details. Thanks.
