Music Rehearsal Room and Studio for Producer, Songwriter or Band at Old Street in London, Essex for sale

If you're a songwriter, producer, music teacher or other professional musician looking for a place to work, we've got just the space. My band rents a large rehearsal room at Fortress Studios at Old Street that we share with other bands for evening practices. It has a piano, a computer desk, internet, as well as backline support for instruments. We're looking for a long-term partner to use the room in the day during the week. You'd pay monthly in advance and have your own keys. Here's a rough guide to pricing, though we can be flexible depending on what you need. 1 day a week, 9am to 6 pm: £120/month 1/2 day a week, 9 am to 1:30, or 1:30 pm to 6 pm: £80/month For producers or songwriters, if you bring your own computer, you'd be welcome to use our monitors, which include Dynaudios, Yamahas or the room PA for listening back.
